Scottish Ornithologist’s Club Press Release: Andrea Geile, whose sculptures are currently on display in the garden at Waterston House, will lead this group walk. Meeting at Club Headquarters, Andrea will first give the group a short tour of her sculpture exhibition before walking along the bay, looking at the coastal environment that inspired her work. The walk will last approx. 3hrs, returning to our start point at Waterston House. Participants are advised to wear sturdy shoes, bring their own refreshments and bear in mind that a coastal walk can be exposed (sun, wind, rain are all possible!). There is free car parking available at Headquarters and public toilet facilities at Aberlady Bay. Should weather conditions prevent the walk, we will email participants the night before to advise.
